N-Type

DMEGC's N-type technology adopts mutiple efficiency improving strategies to achieve higher efficiency, lower degradation, lower temperature coefficient, higher bifaciality rate and better low light performance. Compared with other technology, it effectively increases power generation and lowers the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE).

SMBB

With more bus bars the module reduces the resistance, increases light absorption and improves the efficiency of the solar cell, resulting in higher energy output.

The technology also reduces the impact of shading and reduces the risk of hotspots, which can occur in areas of the cell with high resistance.

Bifacial

DMEGC Solar Bifacial PERC cell uses aluminum grid line to replace the allaluminum backfield structure of conventional PERC cells, which can achieve more than 70% Bifacial rate and more than 23% cell conversion effciency of mass production.

Using bifacial technology, the DMEGC Double glass modules can achieve up to 25% backside power gain, while providing higher reliability and lower LID.

Full black

As one of the first companies to produce full black module and bring them to the global market, DMEGC Solar is the world's leading brand of full black modules.

With shield bus bar black technology and special solar technology, DMEGC Solar's full black module appearance consistency, provide high-grade power and quality, meet the diversified needs of customers.

Half cut

The current passing through each main grid in half cell is reduced to 1/2 of the full cell, and the power loss in half cell module is reduced to 1/4 of the whole module, the current loss is also smaller. 

When the power of the module is increased by more than 2%, the ability of resisting hot spot is significantly improved.

The half-cell technology reduces the infiuence of shadow on the module power generation, the performance under shadow occlusion is greatly improved.

Committed to high reliability and sustainability, DMEGC Solar has acquired certification like IEC TS 63209-1 extended stress test, SUPSI Hail Resistance Class HW4, PFAS-free, Zero-carbon Factory, etc. 

DMEGC Solar Photovoltaic Test Center covers an area of 5,000 ㎡. It complies with ISO/IEC17025 standards and is accredited by CNSA and has TMP witness laboratory qualifications from TÜV Rheinland, TÜV SÜD, CSA, etc.

The Center has Class A+A+A+ Pulsed solar simulator, IV&EL integrated testers, ultraviolet high-temperature and high-humidity aging chambers, salt mist corrosion chamber, static and dynamic mechanical loads and other advanced equipment.

Manufacture

DMEGC Solar has built an integrated photovoltaic industrial chain of wafer, cell and module, and steadily increased the production capacity.  At present, we have four major manufacturing bases and more than 20 specialized plants.


The future factory fully applies a number of new technologies such as '5G edge computing', '5G AGV' to realize real-time interconnection of mass manufacturing data and  increase production efficiency by 200%.
